ABV EAV

Coming 2024 to East Atlanta Village

For the last 15 years, GREG MIKE (GM), a artist based in Atlanta, founder of ABV Gallery + Agency has traveled the globe painting murals, serving as a creative director for clients and brands and showcasing his artwork in galleries and museums nationwide. GM has a long-standing reputation in the Atlanta arts community for his forward-thinking approach. In 2024, as his biggest venture to date, he plans to expand ABV into a new creative space in East Atlanta Village.

GREG MIKE purchased a former church on Metropolitan Avenue and is transforming it into a contemporary art gallery, event space, art studio and retail store that will allow for more expansive creative opportunities for artists, musicians and brands alike.

The 8,500 square foot reimagined church will become an event space for a vast array of experiences and exhibitions, featuring the work of local and international artists. Featured walls throughout the property will serve as blank canvases for rotating public artwork throughout the year.

“As an artist, when I walk into this space my imagination runs wild. It’s been a dream of mine to build a creative epicenter where wild ideas can become a reality. After 10+ years of dreaming, concepting and planning, it’s finally happening and I can’t wait to share it with the art community in Atlanta,” said GM.

GREG MIKE is best known for his large-scale murals, which incorporate bright colors and his iconic surrealistic “LOUD” characters. His work has been featured in cities around the world, including New York, Miami and Los Angeles, Paris, and Shanghai. He continues to create new artwork while connecting brands and clients with like-minded artists.

ABV Agency + Gallery is expanding their worldwide artist collective, including over 500 artists, out of their gallery in Old Fourth Ward to a building six times larger in EAV. With the new space, GREG MIKE and ABV believe the possibilities for Atlanta and the creative industry are endless.

Kronberg Urbanists + Architects, Bayard Builders, City National Bank and SSG Realty Partners have started to transform the former church into its next iteration. Work is expected to be completed in 2024.
